How to comment on the draft plan:

• Review the draft by scrolling through the document or using the Table of Contents and embedded links to navigate between sections. You may also use the search function to find specific sections or topics.
• Click anywhere in the document to leave a comment, share feedback, or ask questions. You may leave as many comments as you like, and can return to the document to share additional comments. You can also click on comment bubbles to view existing comments and respond to others.
• Anyone can comment–you do not need to log-in to anything. You’ll be asked to provide your name and email address; only your name will be visible to others. To edit, delete, or revisit your comments later, you would need to create an account by clicking "Register" at the top of the page.
• If you exit the page before clicking "Post Comment," the comment will not be saved.
• To increase the size of the draft on your screen, click the Full Screen arrows at the top of the white box, or zoom with the + or - buttons on the right side of the draft.
